From the moment I arrived at Qafqaz Reiverside hotel , I knew I was in for something special. The warm welcome at the front desk, the seamless check-in process, and the genuine hospitality set the tone for what became one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel offers convenient access to local attractions. The room was a perfect blend of comfort and modern elegance, with a breathtaking view, and thoughtful touches like premium toiletries, blackout curtains, and a stocked minibar. Every detail was clearly considered with the guest’s comfort in mind. The staff were not only professional but truly caring and attentive. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or the concierge, every interaction felt personal. Special thanks to Mr. Ali Mohammed , who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.

Everything: from the peaceful, rainy weather to the warm hospitality. The villa was spotless, room service was impressively fast, and the staff were always attentive and cheerful. I loved the easy access to the ropeline station, the cozy bar in the lobby, and the wellness area where I treated myself to a birthday massage. The breakfast buffet was absolutely outstanding, with so many delicious options. Even though parts of the hotel were under renovation, the place still looked stunning. I especially appreciated the quiet, the greenery, and the beautiful art around the premises, it was so relaxing that I canceled all my other plans just to stay and soak it all in.

Fantastic property. They have an amazing indoor heated pool and the greenery is plenty for walking around. The proximity to the cable car is helpful. Service is great and helpful. The chalet was amazing with a nice patio and separate garden covered seating. I would like to go back to stay for longer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Qafqaz Riverside Hotel! Our cottage was spacious, beautifully maintained, and came with a lovely patio where we could relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The breakfast buffet was excellent—a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. We also tried in-room dining for dinner, and it exceeded our expectations—delicious food delivered promptly and with care. A special thanks goes to Vusal Mursalov, who runs the hotel with incredible harmony and professionalism. He and the entire staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Every recommendation from Vusal Bey was spot on, and we truly appreciated the personal attention he gave to me and my family during our stay. The location is perfect—very close to all the main attractions in Gabala, including Gabaland, which is just next door and a must-visit for families. One of the highlights was the cable cart experience, which conveniently departs right from the hotel—an unforgettable adventure! We’re already looking forward to coming back.
